2. Scope of Legal Assistance Services
CareHelp NPCI provides professional legal documentation, advocate notice drafting, cyber cell complaint formatting, and bank ombudsman escalation support for citizens facing digital payment disputes.
3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy
You represent and warrant that all transaction details, UTR numbers, account details, and incident summaries provided during grievance filing are true, accurate, and correct to the best of your knowledge.
4. Nominal Service Fees
We charge a fixed, nominal administrative & legal drafting fee (e.g. ₹99 to ₹299 depending on dispute category).
1. Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Compliance
CareHelp NPCI respects your privacy and processes personal data strictly in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
2. Data Collected
We collect your full name, contact mobile number, email address, transaction reference (UTR/RRN) numbers, and optional screenshots for the sole purpose of drafting legal notices and communicating case updates.
3. Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Your transaction data and personal documents are encrypted using 256-bit SSL and are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party telemarketers.
1. 100% Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full 100% refund of the nominal fee paid if:
- Our legal desk fails to deliver your legal draft within 24 hours of payment.
- Duplicate payment was charged due to a technical payment gateway glitch.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Fees become non-refundable once the customized legal notice draft has been generated and dispatched to your email/WhatsApp.
